The end of our boys’ time at the Preparatory School is almost here, and we are planning some fantastic events in Term 4 2026.

Thank you for taking the time to consider giving generously to our 2026 Year 6 boys. The donations we receive will lower the cost of each family's one-off ticket. 

The Year 6 Celebration Committee has prepared a budget to include every expense that will be incurred. 

Some of the expenses are: 

1. Decorations for the Mother and Son Dance $1000 total

2. Bowties for Mother Son Dance: $3,500 total or 7 x $500

3. Decorations for Celebration Dinner - $1500 total or 3 x $500

4. Cookie for Celebration Dinner - $2000 total

5. Gift to the College: Engraved stone for Senior Prep Playground: $800 total

6. Gifts for boys: $3000 total or 12 x $250

7. Gifts for teachers: $700 total or 2 x $350

8. Videographer for Year 6 Video: $5000 total or 10 x $500

9. Year 6 Journal Design & Printing: $10,000 total or 20 x $500

10. Photography for Mother Son Dance and Celebration Dinner : $2500 total or 10 x $250

11. Audiovisual for Celebration Dinner at Doltone House: $9000 or 10 x $1000
