Saathi Multicultural Association presentsFree Meditation (NLP) Weekly Sessions with breathing exercise.
This program is designed to support mental wellbeing, emotional balance, and personal growth for individuals and families in our multicultural community. Through simple and practical NLP techniques, you will learn how to manage stress, reduce overthinking, improve confidence, and develop a positive and focused mindset for everyday life.
These sessions are interactive and easy to follow, helping you apply real-life strategies to improve communication, relationships, and overall clarity.
