SSAA Sydney Branch and Game On Enterprises is proud to offer our Deer butchery courses for 2026. Silverdale Rifle Range $225.00 per person, includes lunch both days.

Day 1:
 Deer anatomy
 Bullet placement
 Caping for shoulder mount
 Skinning for rugs
 Field Dressing
 Blood trail
 Cartridge & projectile selection
 Vital organ checks
 Hanging & aging process
 Process skinning
 Tools required

Day 2:
 Sharpening knives, steel & stones
 Butchering breakdown & tools
 Meat cuts/primal
 Boning out
 Packaging/preserving
 Prep cuts/cooking techniques
 Mincing/Tenderloins/backstrap/steaks
 Gear needed & safety in the bush
