Chair Yoga is a fun, accessible, and refreshing way to stretch, move, and recharge — no experience needed.This welcoming session is designed for everyone and focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing through gentle movement and guided breathing. Whether you’re active every day or simply looking to try something new, you’ll leave feeling more relaxed, energised, and refreshed.
The session will also include short mindfulness practices to help calm the mind and create a sense of balance and relaxation.
Come along, take a moment for yourself, and enjoy a positive and uplifting experience with fellow volunteers.
