True Grit in the Outdoors Workshop (2 days) (SOLD OUT)
Taking inspiration from the mighty Fitzroy/Tanuba, this workshop will invite participants to explore plein air artistic practice as it applies to printmaking.
This professional development consists of a two day workshop led by a highly qualified printmaker from Melbourne, Bronwyn Rees, who regularly teaches these printmaking processes. During the workshop, participants will create imagery inspired by the Fitzroy/Tanuba river by plein air means, use multiple plastic plates to learn dry point etching, carborundum collagraph and other printmaking techniques to create complex layered print compositions.
