Monoprinting Workshop with Bronwyn Rees (1 Day) (SOLD OUT)
A monoprint is a form of printmaking in which an image is made from a smooth surface or 'plate' coated in printing ink, oil paint, watercolour, etc. In contrast with other printing techniques, only one final image is made, this technique allows for expressive techniques reminiscent of a drawing or painting, known as the most painterly method of printmaking, blending painting and print techniques.
By using found materials, and incorporating Chine Colle, a number of unique prints will be produced.
