MOVEMENT LAB — HobartJoin us for a 4-hour immersive movement experience at Udara Studios.
10am-2pm - 7th June
MOVEment LAB is a space to explore your body through Yoga, Soft Acrobatics, Somatic Dance, Improvisation and Zenthai-inspired movement practices. Expect a playful and grounding journey that blends strength, mobility, creativity, breath and connection.
Throughout the day we’ll move between guided exercises, partner work, free-flow exploration and restorative practices — helping you build body awareness, confidence and freedom in movement.
Open to all levels of experience, whether you’re completely new or already deep in your movement practice. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and discover new ways to connect with yourself and others.

- Long Pants / Long Sleeves
- KneePads (if you need)
- Yoga Mat
- Water bottle
