Bellydancing combines fitness, fun, and a celebration of femininity. Come and join me in learning this ancient art form, rooted in Middle Eastern traditions, which offers a full-body workout that enhances core strength, flexibility, and coordination. Moreover, bellydancing is an empowering practice that allows individuals to connect with their bodies and express their personal style through graceful, fluid movements. The supportive environment of a bellydancing class encourages participants to embrace their femininity and build confidence, making it not just a physical exercise, but also a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Participants often find themselves captivated by the rhythmic movements and the vibrant energy of the dance, which fosters a sense of joy and liberation. This supportive group setting encourages confidence and self-discovery, whilst offering Bellydance technique, combos, choreography and free dance.Please wear stretchy, body hugging or free flowing Goddess garments. Bring a hip scarf if you have one. Coin belts are provided on the day.
