THE BHPS P&C's bi-annual camping trips where families get together, the kids have endless fun and the adults can relax. A not-to-be-missed major fundraiser on the school calendar. Located at Del Rio Riverside Resort at The Hawkesbury River just under 2 hours drive from Bellevue Hill - Friday 6th - Sunday 8th November 2026. Cabins are priced at flat rates depending on the size and type of cabin. Campsites are all unpowered and priced at flat rates depending on the number of adults attending (no extra charge for children). After booking you will be contacted to register the names of everyone in your party. This is very important as Del Rio requires an accuarate list of all adults and kids in attendance! Day tripper tickets for Saturday are also available. Please note there is only parking for 1 vehicle per site per night, with the exception of the 3 BR cabins which allow for 2 vehicles. Sorry but no pets allowed!

Participation in the P&C Camping Retreat at Del Rio Resort (the 'Activity') is at your own risk.
The Bellevue Hill Public School P&C members and any other persons assisting with the organisation or promotion of the Activity do so purely on a voluntary basis and cannot in any way accept responsibility for:
-The quality or availability of any facilities at Del Rio Resort. It is your responsibility to make your own enquiries in this regard.
-Any loss, personal injury, death, damage, cost or expense you may incur which is in any way connected with your participation in the Activity.
Please remember, you are out in the community, representing Bellevue Hill Public School. Please respect other campers and people using the facilities, and abide by the rules and regulations of the venue.
