THE BHPS P&C's bi-annual camping trips where families get together, the kids have endless fun and the adults can relax. A not-to-be-missed major fundraiser on the school calendar. Located at Del Rio Riverside Resort at The Hawkesbury River just under 2 hours drive from Bellevue Hill - Friday 6th - Sunday 8th November 2026.
For those who have booked their accommodation for the November camping weekend directly with Del Rio and not via BHPS, we would appreciate if you could use this link to make a flat-fee family donation to the P&C. This is a fundraising weekend run entirely by volunteers with the dual purpose of building community and raising money for the school - every bit helps our kids connect with more resources to make an even stronger BHPS. Participation in the P&C Camping Retreat at Del Rio Resort (the 'Activity') is at your own risk.
The Bellevue Hill Public School P&C members and any other persons assisting with the organisation or promotion of the Activity do so purely on a voluntary basis and cannot in any way accept responsibility for:
-The quality or availability of any facilities at Del Rio Resort. It is your responsibility to make your own enquiries in this regard.
-Any loss, personal injury, death, damage, cost or expense you may incur which is in any way connected with your participation in the Activity.
Please remember, you are out in the community, representing Bellevue Hill Public School. Please respect other campers and people using the facilities, and abide by the rules and regulations of the venue.
