PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK SEATS FOR YOUR GRANDSON/S. TOTAL NUMBER OF SEATS REQUIRED. PARENTS DO NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT.Due to the continued popularity of our annual Grandparents’ Morning Tea, numbers for this event are capped.
To ensure fairness and to give priority to families at key moments in their College journey, initial bookings are being offered to grandparents of Year 7 and Year 12 students.
This acknowledges that:
Year 7 families may not yet have had the opportunity to attend a Grandparents’ Morning Tea, and
Year 12 students are enjoying their final opportunity to share this special occasion with their grandparents.
Bookings for this initial intake will close at midnight on Sunday 17 May.
Families who have students in other year levels are most welcome to attend; however, at least one grandson attending must be in Year 7 or Year 12 in order to book during this initial release.
Bookings will then open to the remainder of the College community from Monday, subject to availability, with final bookings closing on 22 May.
To ensure this process remains fair for all families, bookings that do not meet the Year 7 / Year 12 criteria during the initial intake may be respectfully cancelled.
