Join us for a twilight tour of The Parade, Norwood following the successful completion of the George Street Upgrade. Hear firsthand about the project, including how the Council worked collaboratively with key stakeholders to shape the construction approach and what it means for the future of The Parade Masterplan.

This project has been guided by a focus on transparency and timeliness, maintaining access and safety, minimising disruption, and supporting local businesses and the community. Discover how these priorities translate to a main street upgrade impacting more than 300 businesses and how outcomes and benefits are delivered in a complex, high-activity environment.

The tour will also explore the rise of vertical living along The Parade, and the opportunities and challenges it brings to our evolving main street.

Light refreshments will be provided following the tour.

This Twilight Walk is a collaboration between Mainstreet SA and City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters.
