FRIDAY 19th JUNE 2026 | Get ready for the ultimate school disco experience — the 'White Party Silent Disco' is coming!Students will each receive their own wireless headphones and can switch between multiple music channels, dancing along to their favourite songs with friends in a unique silent disco experience. With exciting lights, lasers, interactive games, and a vibrant party atmosphere, this event promises nonstop entertainment for students of all ages.
Proudly sponsored by Ash Howarth from Marshall White Real Estate, this year’s theme is “White Party” — so dress in your best white outfit and get ready to glow on the dance floor!
SESSION TIMES
Prep – Year 2 | 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Year 3 – Year 6 | 6:45pm – 8:00pm
EVENT DETAILS
Cost: $8.00 per child via TryBooking (no payments accepted on the night)
Location: Ashburton Primary School Hall
Theme: Wear WHITE
Food: No food will be available at the event
Drinks: Please bring a labelled water bottle
Jackets: Please take coats and jackets home rather than leaving them at the venue
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This event is for enrolled APS students only and is proudly organised by the Parents’ Association.
It is a parent-run event and is not operated by the school.
When buying tickets for the event, you will need to provide any necessary medical details for your child(ren). You must list and provide all medications and sign them in on the night. These medical details will be shared with the organisers of the disco.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There will be no teachers on site
- Parents are encouraged to stay if their child may require additional support
- Volunteers will supervise entry and exit points, but cannot supervise the school ground
- A condition of entry is that your child must remain within the school hall
- Children will only be permitted to leave with a supervising adult listed on the sign-in sheet
- No child will be able to sign themselves out
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are looking for volunteers to help make the disco a success! Volunteer shifts are available at the following times:
3:30pm – 4:30pm
4:45pm – 6:45pm
6:30pm – 8:30pm
