Location: Arafura Stadium, Marrara
Cost: $9.90 to cover competition fees
Overview: Due to the event schedule families will be required to organise students transport to and from the event. There will be three MacKillop staff present to supervise students. Competitors can only compete in their own age group.
Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, High Jump, Long Jump, Discus, Shot Put, Javelin and 4X100m Relays. Students can nominate for a maximum of 5 events and a relay.
Age Groups: Competitors must compete in their correct age group based on the age they turn by 31 December 2026:
• 12 Years – Born 2014
• 13 Years (Under 14) – Born 2013
• 14/15 Years (Under 16) – Born 2012 & 2011
• 16/17 Years (Under 18) – Born 2010 & 2009
• 18+ (Under 20) – Born 2008 & 2007
Special notes: Please note that the college can only nominate two students per event/age group. In the case where more than two students nominate for an event for their age group the students results from our college athletics carnival will be used to select the colleges two nominations.
Requirements: Students are required to wear their full PE uniform and bring their own food and drink bottle. There will be BBQ on the day.
