Dear Year 12 Students and Parents/Guardians,
The Year 12 Formal will be held on Thursday 18 June 2026. This event is one of the highlights of the year for our students, as it provides them with an opportunity to celebrate their achievements so far and to relax. It is an evening of elegance and sophistication.

7.00pm to 11.00pm
As this is a celebration for our students, this event is only open to current East Doncaster Secondary College Year 12 students.
Teachers will be in attendance. School rules and expectations apply to all College functions, all school regulations regarding, alcohol, vaping, smoking etc will apply.
The payment must be made by Friday 21 May 2026. (Attendance will not be accepted after this date)
Please note: SSB and CSEF cannot be used as payment for this event.
Refunds requests WILL NOT be accepted for any reason.
