Join us on Sunday 21 June for the Chicken & Ribs Smoke-Off at Swan Settlers Market, where competition teams will battle it out in Chicken and Pork Ribs for KCBS points and Invitational qualification opportunities.
We’re currently inviting KCBS-approved judges to take their place at the judging table and help crown the best BBQ teams of the day.
