🔷️Wild & Free is an experience that is inviting you to open or increase your ability to trust your body and follow its lead. To move and dance wild and free. To remember that you were actually and indeed BORN TO DANCE 😊It is entirely up to you how much or how little you want to put into this experience. Everything is an invitation.
🔷️I'm keeping this as simple as possible so it can slide into life and be something that you look forward to.
🔷️I am looking for women who want to feel the absolute joy and growth that can come from a regular dance and movement practice in a feel-good way.
🔷️REMEMBER: You won't be learning a dance, but instead exploring your own body's dance on any given day. NO experience is required...just YOU.

A simple, 2-month dance immersion, online & in-person.
Where we will play and explore different genres and styles of music together.
The main info:
❤️Tuesday nights online 7:45pm - 9pm Melb time
❤️Spotify or a music app of your choice to have the required playlist
❤️In person meet up twice on a Saturday at Bancoora inn in Torquay, Vic.
