Team registrations are now open for the Chicken & Ribs Smoke-Off, a one-day KCBS-sanctioned BBQ competition happening Sunday, 21 June at Swan Settlers Market in the heart of the Swan Valley.
This fast-paced smoke showdown is your chance to fire up the smoker, showcase your skills, earn TOY points, and battle it out for BBQ bragging rights.
With Darby from SMOKR BBQ serving the public, a huge family-friendly atmosphere, and The Perth Reptile Company onsite, it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable day in the Valley.
