USC Parent Session - Seven Secrets to a Healthy Mind
USC is pleased to welcome author and clinical psychologist Dr Tom Nehmy for a parent information session focused on supporting positive mental health and wellbeing in young people.
This practical and research-informed session will explore ways parents and caregivers can support their children’s emotional, social, and academic development.
