About

This breathwork is for everyone who is noticing the avoidant behaviours creeping in while channeling the energy we have on doing tasks that are low hanging fruit and self soothing using quick dopamine behaviours like using screens, food or other substances.

It's an avoidance of self, a falling sleep to who we really are and what we're really feeling. Sometimes stopping to really feel what's beneath the surface overwhelm and high functioning can feel way scarier than the idea of just putting it off until some kind of pressure whether internal or external acts as the ignition we needed to make the space for ourselves.

And when we do we can let ourselves stop running, we begin healing our heart and nervous system and thus our mind, and we end up feeling grateful for reconnecting deeply with how we really want to be.

For those who haven't done this style of Breathwork before, it invites you to surrender to any emotions, narratives and stored energy patterns that may come up from your subconscious to be known. Our deeper wisdom knows we must feel to heal.

Conscious Connected Breathwork can deliver a wide variety of beautiful and/or challenging experiences however please know that this event is not about chasing an emotional release or forcing a life changing a-ha moment. For the most part it's about trying less hard to get rid of ourselves either forcefully through chasing being 'fully healed' or through high functioning avoidance as we autopilot through life. At the end of the breathwork there is a supportive chat on how to begin integrating your experience.

Includes:
- Grounding and opening meditation
- Deep Somatic breath session (between 60-90min)

Please bring:
- A mat
- Journal and pen
- A bottle of water

All levels of experience with Conscious Connected Breathwork are welcome. Whether you have something specific (emotional, mental, physical, spiritual) as an intention to explore inwardly, or whether you just feel it's time dedicate a few hours to yourself to drop obsessing over the same thoughts everyday and listen deeply to what the wisdom of your body is trying to show you.

This is a small group event with a max capacity of 6.
