【In English (日本語は後につづきます）】International Yoga Day on the 21st June, a charity event themed "Gift economy" is held annually throughout Japan in June, and it will now take place in Perth.
Date: Sunday 28th June 2026

※There will be some beautiful essential oils, authentic Japanese flavor to add your dishes that you can purchase before and after the event:-) Please feel free to come earlier or stay longer to chat to our friends!
～What to bring～
• Yoga mat
• Mini towel
• Water
• Blanket/Pillow & Eye Pillow/Any Items to create comfortable setting for yourself (for sound bath)
～The concept of "Gift economy"～
When we offer gifts of what we can do, there are people who receive them. This creates a cycle of experiences and feelings of kindness/gratitude throughout the activity. Yoga Mudra is an event based on this concept, aiming to create a cycle of kindness where participants receive the gift and also give it to their daily lives and those who are around them through yoga practice. It's a free event. Donations are greatly appreciated! All the donation will be gifted to the children in need, so this cycle of action and gifts grow the feeling of kindness in communities.
Through the experience of practicing yoga, you have time to slow down, reflect on yourself, nurture your mind, body and soul, and/or it can be time to just relax and enjoy:)
This year we run a Cosmic Sound Bath. Be ready to deeply relax to rest, connect, rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. We hope that you will take gifts from YOGAMUDRA, and bring back into your daily life.
📒 Participation is free. Donations are greatly appreciated!
🍚 All donations will be sent to the organizations that support children in an orphanage in Nepal and provide free meals to those in need.
We hope to create a space where we can all be relax and kind to ourselves, and think about the "Gift Economy" together. ☺

毎年６月２１日の国際ヨガデーにちなんで日本各地で開催される”ギフトエコノミー”をテーマにしたチャリティイベントをパースで開催します。

～”ギフトエコノミー”という言葉～
私たちが何かできることをギフトすることでそれを受け取る皆さんがいる。そこには体験を通して得る経験ややさしさの気持ちなどの循環が生まれます。ヨガムドラはこのコンセプトを基に、参加者の皆さんがヨガを通して受け取るものを、日常や周りにまたギフトしていく優しさの循環を生むことを目的としたイベントです。参加費はいただきません。ドネーションを募らせていただきます。全てのドネーションはケアを必要とするネパールの孤児院の子供達に寄付させていただきます。皆さんの寄付が子供達へのギフトになります。私たちがする行いとギフトがやさしさの循環をコミュニティに生んでゆきます。
ヨガをする体験を通して自分を見つめる時間を持てたり、自分が安心する自分に戻れたり、ふと緊張が抜けて自分の状態に氣づけたり。”ヨガする体験”から受け取るギフトを皆さんそれぞれ日常に持ちかえって欲しい。
📒参加費は無料。ドネーションを募らせていただきます。
🍚ドネーションは全額ネパールの孤児院の子供達のサポートと必要な人々に無償で食事を提供する活動を続ける団体に寄付をさせていただきます。
皆さんと一緒に”優しさの循環”について考えられる優しい空間をつくりたいと願います☺
