Join us for a nourishing day of reconnection, presence, and inner alignment as we gather in sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to the wisdom held within the heart.
Through the flowing practice of Qi Gong, the subtle pathways of Esoteric Acupuncture, Selenite Sword Lightbody Activations, and the soothing resonance of harps and crystal bowls, you are invited into an experience designed to support grounding, clarity, energetic balance, and deep rest for the nervous system.

This is not a journey of becoming more.

It is a gentle remembering of who you already are beneath the layers of stress, expectation, and everyday noise.

A space where you can soften.

Where your energy can settle back into harmony with the Earth and your own natural rhythm.

About the Facilitators

Sue Wellwood
Sue’s path has been deeply rooted in healing, energy awareness, and personal transformation. Drawing from Shiatsu, Oriental therapies, Esoteric Acupuncture, and Selenite Sword work, she creates grounded and compassionate spaces where people can reconnect with themselves in meaningful and empowering ways.
Her work is guided by the understanding that healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about remembering the truth of who we are and learning to meet life with presence, courage, and heart.

Suzanne Masters
Suzanne is a Reiki Master whose work has naturally evolved into intuitive energy healing and working with the sacred lineage of the Rose.
Through Chakradance®, guided meditation, sacred symbolism, movement, mandala art, and Selenite Sword activations, she supports people in reconnecting with the wisdom of their chakras and the deeper layers of their being.
Suzanne also holds intimate retreats and healing spaces at her Rose Craft Healing Sanctuary in Malanda, offering nurturing experiences that encourage reconnection, rest, and inner balance.

Lyndel Turpin
Lyndel is a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher who shares a variety of classes throughout Malanda, along with offering free Qi Gong gatherings for the community. Currently deepening her path through Qi Gong Teacher Training, she has experienced the restorative and balancing benefits of both practices and finds joy in creating spaces where others can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and presence.
With our gathering we will be moving Qi through the body, we will harmonise Heaven and Earth. Our heart open to receive Qi from around us and through our whole bodies, nourishing ourselves and each other. We will move breath and energy through movements for the Earth element (stomach) and Spleen meridians and the fire element (Heart and Pericardium meridians) in our Guigen traditional Chinese Qigong form. Then we hold space for processing and settling this Qi.

Kylie Arntzz
Kylie weaves energy, sound and movement to create deeply nurturing spaces for healing, connection and inner exploration. Drawing on her training in Reiki, sound healing, intuitive energy work, Metaphysical Arts and ancient healing practices, she gently guides others back toward balance, presence and their own inner wisdom.
Kylie uses the healing resonance of sound to support grounding, relaxation and heart connection, helping participants soften, release and reconnect to themselves in a safe and supportive environment.

Joy Zahner
The wellbeing and self care space has become Joy’s happy place. She creates improvised harp music to immerse others in the peace and stillness of nature, complementing gentle movement or augmenting her vibrational healing sessions. Joy has studied NLP and is diving further into Embodied I Ching. She delights in discovering similar threads that weave through different healing modalities, making her craft easier to share with others, to improve health and wellness.
Joy is always learning and open to collaborative, creative events.
