ONCE UPON A ONE MORE TIME
Once Upon a One More Time is a high-energy jukebox musical that flips the script on classic fairy tales, set to the iconic songs of Britney Spears.
The story follows traditional fairytale Princesses whose lives are dictated by a strict Narrator, forcing them to repeat their predictable "happily ever afters." Everything changes when a rogue Fairy Godmother crashes their book club and hands them Betty Friedan’s feminist classic, The Feminine Mystique.
Armed with a new perspective, the Princesses undergo a massive awakening, with Cinderella leading a revolution. Featuring over 20 hits like ...Baby One More Time, Stronger, and Toxic, the Princesses ultimately reclaim their narratives and rewrite their own destinies.
These performances of ONCE UPON A ONE MORE TIME are licensed exclusively by Music Theatre International (Australasia).
There will be a 20-minute intermission during the show.
