In 1968, Wendy Carlos produced the album Switched on Bach, arrangements of well known early music, virtuosically performed on the brand new Moog modular synthesizer. This hard to find album has become a cult classic for lovers of classical and electronic music alike. Alchemy draws inspiration from Carlos’ work singing the music of Monteverdi, Vivaldi and Bach with synthesizer accompaniment in Switched on Choir.Dates
