The Big Spud Dinner & Competition is Back! 🥔Get ready for a night of great food and good company at our biggest fundraiser of the year for the Hall!
Round up your family, grab your friends and come along for a relaxed community night packed with delicious food, live music, competitions and entertainment for all ages.
It’s the perfect chance to catch up with locals, show off your cooking skills and support our much-loved Hall at the same time.
Every ticket helps make a difference, with all proceeds going towards the maintenance and future refurbishment of the Hall.

On the Menu:
🍲 Soup for entrée.
🥔 Delicious spud dishes, hot chickens (supplied by Creswick IGA), fresh salads for mains.
🍰 Homemade cakes, slices and tarts for dessert donated by the community of St Augustine's Primary School.
Competitions:
🥔 Best Spud Dish Competition
Bring along your favourite potato creation to be judged — and enjoyed — on the night! Hot and cold entries welcome. Entries must arrive by 6:30pm for judging.
🥔 Biggest Spud Competition
Think you've grown a giant? Bring along your biggest potato and see how it stacks up! Official weigh-in begins at 7:00pm.
Huge Raffle and Competition Prizes
Donations from incredible business have been donated by Ballarat Motorcycle Land, Landpower, Black Cat Truffles, Creswick Pharmacy, Flemo's, Krackerjacks, OConnors, RB Sellars, Shayne Reece Swimming, Swiss Mountain Hotel, Smeaton Hotel, Elders, Whites and many more!

Live Music
🎶 Red Rock Band are back with more classic dance-floor favourites to keep the night going!
Family Friendly Fun
There’ll be plenty happening for the kids too, including face painting by Jess from Painted Perfect and a kids activities run by St Mary’s Primary School.
Drinks available at bar prices.
