Program Suitability
To help ensure everyone can participate safely and confidently, participants should be able to independently get on and off a chair without physical assistance from another person. Participants should also be able to mobilise independently, with or without a mobility aid.
During some exercises, balance support may be provided using a chair or wall. If additional support is required, a four‑wheeled walker (4WW) may be recommended, as some facilities do not have rails or fixed supports available.
