Event Description
Build confidence, strength and stability in a supportive small-group environment.
This face-to-face Balance & Strength Program is designed to support mobility, coordination and everyday movement through guided balance and strengthening exercises delivered by an experienced allied health professional.
Participants will take part in a progressive 6-week group program tailored to individual abilities in a safe and supportive setting.
Program Details
6-week face-to-face group program
Small group format (maximum 4 participants)
1-hour weekly sessions
Balance and strengthening focused exercises
Home exercise program (HEP)
Initial and post balance assessment included
Facilitated by Serena Ma (Exercise Physiologist)
