- A refresher on the core bystander framework - recognising problematic conduct, the barriers to intervention, and the range of safe and effective response options available to legal practitioners.
- Updated material reflecting developments since 2024, including current regulatory expectations on respectful behaviour and workplace conduct relevant to the legal profession.
- Practical, profession-specific scenarios drawn from common situations encountered in legal workplaces, courts, and professional settings.
- A Q&A opportunity.
Presenter

Lisa is a Certified Professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Results Trained Coach and holds a B Commerce, B Business (HRM) Graduate Certificate in Management and a Cert IV in Training & Assessment. In addition, Lisa has a strong interest in mental health in the workplace and holds a current Mental Health First Aid certificate.

Venue Access: Please note that as the Society's building at 28 Murray Street, Hobart was built in 1876 there is no lift or disability access to the downstairs training area.
