- insuring clauses and exclusions;
- 'claims made and notified' obligations;
- what typically happens when client employers rely on EPL coverage;
- how best to respond to an insurer from an employee perspective; and
- the interaction with other insurance arrangements including workers compensation and liability policies.

Venue Access: Please note that as the Society's building at 28 Murray Street, Hobart was built in 1876 there is no lift or disability access to the downstairs training area.
