We need your help to invite help seekers to share their experienceLifeline has partnered with Social Ventures Australia (SVA) to evaluate the new Support Navigation and warm referral pathways trial you are participating in.
As part of this evaluation, SVA is seeking to speak with Help Seekers about their first-hand experiences. These will provide invaluable insight about how support navigation and referrals felt from their perspective, and whether these conversations support people to feel clearer about next steps and managing their distress.
We need your support to do this.
We’re now inviting a small group of Crisis Supporters who feel confident in the Support Navigation process to further support this work by inviting eligible help seekers to participate in a follow‑up interview.
To support you, a short (30‑minute) online training session PD (yep it counts towards your hours) led by Steve will cover when and how to invite help seekers to receive information about the interview. Please note: inviting HS to receive information about a follow up interview will replace the post-call survey.
