As part of Men’s Health Week, Glen Eira Leisure is offering free Tanita body scans for community members across multiple session times.A Tanita scan is a quick, non-invasive body composition check that can provide general information such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water, bone mass and more.
One of Glen Eira Leisure’s qualified gym instructors will also be available to take participants through their results and help them better understand what the scan shows. Your results can be stored in the technogym app for future progress tracking. Please download the Technogym app before your appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient start to your session.
