Start your Monday with calm, clarity and intention 🤍Join us at Hunters Healing Hub at Maddies of Bolwarra for a gentle 1hr Monday morning reset, beginning at 9:15am. This is a soft and nourishing way to start your week, guiding you back into your body and out of the rush of everyday life.
Through a blend of meditation, breathwork and sound, you’ll be supported to slow down, release tension and create space within the mind and body. Each session is designed to help you feel grounded, clear and more connected as you move into the week ahead.
No experience needed — just come as you are and allow yourself the space to breathe, rest and reset 🌿
