About
This YRConnect ECM training is for all ECM users.Training is held over two weeks;
- Session 1 (2 hours) - Dates as listing in the calendar
- Session 2 (2 hours) - The following week from Session 1

Session 1:
• Why do we use a document management program
• Adding documents/emails
• Searching for documents/information/history
Session 2 (the following week)
• Document menu
• Editing documents
• ECM Task list (Responding to correspondence and completing tasks)

- Register for Session 1; upon registration a meeting invitation will be sent for Session 1 and Session 2, with the Teams link.
- This is an online session. For the best experience, we recommend using two screens so you can follow along and practise.
- A 10-minute break will be included.
