Join us for a nurturing Hatha Yoga class as part of Australia’s Week of Yoga. Suitable for all levels, this gentle practice will guide you through mindful breathwork, grounding yoga asana, and a deeply restful Yoga Nidra relaxation. A space to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance in body and mind. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, all are warmly welcome.Sue Barbour has completed over 600 hours of training in the Himalayan Tradition, bringing a thoughtful and authentic approach to her teaching.
