At our Next Step Netball Clinic, athletes will build confidence and continue developing their netball ability in a fun and supportive environment. Players will focus on advanced ball skills, movement and footwork, and strengthen their game sense and understanding of netball basics. The clinic will also include position-specific activities to help athletes develop the skills required for their role on the court. Through engaging drills and game-based activities, athletes will refine their technique, improve decision-making, and build teamwork while enjoying the game and taking the next step in their netball development. Players will also engage with a trained sport nutritionist in a small workshop designed to help athletes increase their performance on the court through healthy off court choices.Date
