Blishfulba Sound Bath ~ Winter Solstice
About
Rebalance in preparation for the colder monthsWinter Solstice is the shortest day and longest night of the year.
Snow… Silence, peacefulness, reflection, inner growth, healing and dreaming...
Winter directs energy inward. It’s a time of renewal, ideal for Crown chakra work, spiritual connection, developing and enhancing spiritual awareness and higher consciousness.
Gentle Shamanic drumming, shakers, gong, chimes and vocals will accompany Himalayan Singing bowls, offering you deep relaxation drifting into a Dreaming.
Through guided meditation and the peaceful and harmonious Himalayan Singing bowls, allow yourself to drift into a Dreaming. Your dreaming… Let yourself go. Connect with your inner wisdom and see life’s bigger picture. Trust the universe and let your intuition become clearer.
At the end of the Sound Bath, we will ground ourselves, connecting with the root chakra and observe a few minutes of silence.
Open to 18+ years old.
Please abstain from drinking alcohol the day before and on the day.
BYO yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, eye pillow or a scarf to cover your eyes, and a beanie if you are sensitive to the cold. If a yoga mat is too thin for you, bring along a camping mattress as long as it is a single size for each participant. If you need a yoga mat, select the option with yoga mat (extra $5).
There is heat in the hall but it can be cold and damp in the mountains. Wear layers, loose and comfortable warm clothes. You will be asked to remove your shoes on entry so keep your feet warm with thick warm socks.
