Set amongst rolling green hills, thriving tropical landscapes, and abundant wildlife, this workshop is designed for gardeners, growers, land stewards, homesteaders, and anyone passionate about creating resilient, abundant systems for the future.
Over the weekend, we’ll dive deep into the principles and practical application of Permaculture design, exploring real-world systems that build healthy ecosystems, food security, and thriving communities.

Jay Jackson - Permaculture Consultant and Landscape designer
For over 15 years Jay has studied and practiced permaculture locally and abroad learning from the elders and sharing his passion for sustainability whilst growing a thriving organisation to deliver workshops, training and professional services across the far north region.
Harrison Leafe - Syntropic Agriculture
With a name he was born to grow into, Harry has spent many years with hands in the soil and heart in the trees and now managed the gorgeous food forest system we will be learning in during the weekend.
Daniel Oliver - Qualified Carpenter
With a lifetime career as a tradesman, Dan has crafted his skills with all types of timber and building materials and can't wait to share some practical ways to use bamboo in your home and for light-construction purposes.
Kyle Lazich - Chocolate Wizard
With a deep love and reverance for all things cacao, Kyle will bring us into presence with our hearts and hands with a facilitated experience where you will use all your senses to truly appreciate the magic of chocolate... and the plant it comes from
