Advanced 9yrs+
For dancers confident in Tilt Jumps, Firebirds & Side Jetes. Training includes Switch Leaps, Turning Jetes, Turning Discs & advanced leap progressions.
Beginner/Intermediate 7yrs+
Focused on building leap strength, flexibility & technique while learning Firebirds, Tilt Jumps & foundational jump skills.
