This presentation will give you an introduction on advanced care planning, including information around what is an advanced care directive. This presentation is led by Alison Miller, owner of LIFEBOX AUSTRALIA. An emergency document box tailored to keep important emergency documents in one easy and accessible place for first reponders, family and carers to access in an emergency.
