Canterbury Cobras JFC is excited to offer specialist Contact & Tackling sessions with renowned coach Malcolm Bangs, one of Australia’s leading experts in tackling and contested football skills.These sessions are designed to help players develop safer, more effective tackling techniques, improve confidence in contested situations, and build stronger decision-making and body positioning under pressure. The program also focuses on injury prevention, including concussion and ACL awareness, while incorporating elements of grappling, balance, and core stability specific to football performance.
Malcolm’s development-focused approach ensures players not only learn the skills, but also understand the reasoning behind them, helping improve performance, confidence, and safety on the field.
