1 Day - 3 jam packed sessions! There's something for everyone!

12pm-1:30pm: 13yrs+ Performance Session - netball fitness, skills and drills - suitable for passionate club players right through to State Titles/Metro League players! Coached by Advanced Coach and Accredited Exercise Physiologist!
12:30pm-2pm: 6-10yrs session (suitable for Net Set Go)
2pm-4pm: 11yrs-13yrs Skills session!

Note: multiple coaches involved in the sessions so players can be split into small groups within their timeslot!
