This month, we will explore:

* How we can guide others through presence, coherence, and example rather than force
Many sensitive souls, starseeds, and lightworkers feel the tension of living in a world that can reward dominance over kindness, and power over heart. It can feel confronting to stand steady in your truth without hardening yourself in the process.
Together, we will open conversation around a different way of being. A way rooted in honesty, awareness, respect, and heart coherence. A way that allows us to shine brightly without losing our softness. To encourage others to awaken through love, not fear.
With Breathwork, (Needlefree) Esoteric Acupuncture, Lightbody Activations experience with Selenite Swords and sound you will be guided to rest, reset your nervous system and just be within your own heart to allow yourself to shine more of who you are and can truly be.
