This subject explores how the relationship between the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit provides the foundation for authentic Christian leadership. Combining biblical teaching, theological reflection, and practical application, you will discover how Trinitarian theology shapes leadership marked by humility, service, collaboration, empowerment, and mission.

You will engage with:

Biblical and theological foundations of the Trinity

Leadership insights from church history and contemporary theology

The Father and servant-hearted authority

The Son and incarnational, self-giving leadership

The Holy Spirit and empowering leadership

Collaborative leadership and ethical decision-making

Practical applications for churches, ministries, and organisations
