About
The Friends of Ancient Near Eastern Studies Fundraising Gala Dinner is an evening dedicated to supporting the future of Ancient Near Eastern scholarship, research and public engagement in Australia and beyond. All funds raised support student research opportunities, fieldwork, academic publications and programs that promote the history, archaeology, languages and cultures of the ancient Near East.The evening will feature a panel discussion with special guests Professor Eckart Frahm (Yale University), Associate Professor Kathryn Stevens (University of Oxford), and Professor Licia Romano (University of Melbourne), bringing together leading international and Australian scholars for a unique celebration of Ancient Near Eastern studies.
Each ticket includes a three-course dinner and full evening program. Table bookings for groups of ten are also available. Dress code is Black Tie.
