NCHS Team Leadership 2-day PD: Day 1_21 July-26
*Day 1 rescheduled to Tuesday 21st July 2026, with venue for both days @ the Education and Learning Centre, Level 3 Conference Room. Day 2 remains at Tuesday 25th August, 2026.
This two-day program is open to new and experienced Team Leaders, Co-ordinators and Supervisors of "Non-Clinical and Health Support" (NCHS) teams. Together, these two days will assist participants to build and further develop their team leadership capabilities and implement supportive strategies with their teams.
Learn valuable skills, participate in interactive exercises, and collaborate with your leadership peers and Subject Matter Experts.
** Day 1 is prerequisite for Day 2.
Topics include:
DAY 1: Governance and Leadership; Lead yourself first; Set people up to succeed; Build Team Performance and Operational Leadership.
DAY 2: Employee Relations; People Partner / HR roles in Employee Relations; Address Team Performance Issues; Conflict Resolution; Handle Challenging Situations Positively.
