The 2027 Federal Rally will be held in Hobart, based at the Wrest Point Hotel in Sandy Bay, with official activities commencing on Thursday 11 March 2027 and concluding on Monday 15 March 2027. Accommodation bookings will need to be made directly with the hotel (ph 03 6221 1888). If you are travelling via the Spirit of Tasmania, you will need to make your own ferry booking as soon as possible (ph 132 010). It is anticipated that general public bookings on the Spirit of Tasmania around the time of our rally will be in high demand. As a consequence, to avoid disappointment, booking early for the Spirit of Tasmania is encouraged. For both Wrest Point Hotel and Spirit of Tasmania bookings, ensure you mention the group booking held under the name of the Rolls-Royce Owners' Club, as special rates are applicable to the group bookings.

The general overview of the Rally programme is as follows:

Wednesday 10 March (Rally registration office open 9am – 5pm)

Thursday 11 March (Rally registration office open 9am-5pm)

Various meetings (throughout the day for RROCA and SHRF)
Register Dinner at Wrest Point Hotel

Friday 12 March (Rally registration office open 9am-5pm)

Dawn Patrol is an optional activity, commencing at 6:30am, followed by breakfast at an undisclosed location.
Three optional day activities are available (please book only one activity)

Visit to Port Arthur: A guided tour has been arranged. Lunch will be at Port Arthur, at your own cost. The Dawn Patrol venue is on the route to Port Arthur, so you will not have any time constraints if you wish to participate in both activities.
Visit to Mona: A group booking has been made for MONA (Museum of Old and New Art). Special arrangements have been made for the Mona ferry to pick up guests at the Wrest Point Hotel wharf at 10am. The return journey will depart Mona for Wrest Point Hotel at 3pm. The registration cost includes the return ferry trip and Mona admission fee. If you choose this option, you will need to get away early from the Dawn Patrol breakfast venue.
Visit to Bruny Island: We have chartered an entire Bruny Island cruise boat for a spectacular 3 hour cruise around Bruny Island. A bus pickup at Wrest Point Hotel has been arranged for travel to Bruny Island. Lunch will be at the Bruny Island Restaurant & Cafe, and will be at your own cost. If you choose this option you will NOT have time to participate in the Dawn Patrol as the bus will leave Wrest Point at 7.30am

Sunset Cocktail Party: Join your fellow registrants for a Sunset Cocktail Party at the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, where drinks and a variety canapes and fingerfood will be served. The cocktail party will commence at 6.00pm and conclude at 9pm.

Saturday 13 March

Salamanca Markets: For early starters, visit the Salamanca market if you wish.
Featured Day Tour with lunch: This optional tour will depart Wrest Point Hotel and travel to the historic town of Richmond and then on to New Norfolk for a BBQ lunch at the New Norfolk Rowing Club, situated on the banks of the Derwent River.
Saturday evening is activity-free, and you are encouraged to explore Hobart and its surrounds.

Sunday 14 March

Concours Judging and Display Day

The Concours Judging and Vehicle Display is being held at Princes Wharf 1 and in the Parliamentary Gardens. A coffee cart will be available throughout the day, together with a casual lunch which is included in your rally registration. Display parking will be available for club vehicles that are not being judged.
