Join MDLN at the Boisdale quarry for a magical outdoor adventure exploring the fascinating world of fungi, forests, and bush craft skills. This hands-on nature connection event invites children and families to slow down, observe nature closely, and discover the hidden wonders growing beneath the trees.During the guided fungi walk, children will learn how fungi help forests stay healthy, discover different shapes and colours of mushrooms, and search for signs of life in logs, leaf litter, and soil. Along the way, kids will use magnifying glasses, nature journals, and scavenger hunts to become junior forest explorers.
