About
Learn the art of willow cane lantern making, in an interactive workshop for adults and teens 14+. Led by the artists from “The Lanternist”, make your own lantern in preparation for the Winter Solstice Lantern Parade at Billilla Gardens on Sunday 21st.Participants of all skill levels are guided through the process of designing and building their own glowing creation, learning traditional techniques and using sustainable materials along the way. It’s more than just craft it’s connection, storytelling, and shared creativity.
When: Saturday 13th June
Time: Two sessions, 1-3pm & 2-5pm.
