Education for the Educators: Feedback Literacy Step 1
A great team culture requires a team that is able to give and receive effective feedback. Effective feedback is one of the most powerful tools we have as clinicians yet it’s often one of the hardest skills to do well.
This interactive session is the first of a series on feedback literacy. They have been designed specifically for clinical educators who want to strengthen their own and their teams confidence, capability and impact when navigating feedback conversations with peers and learners.
This session is open to any AWH staff working in an education role. A small amount of pre-reading will be emailed out 2 weeks before the session.
