The Model of United Nations Assembly (MUNA) is organised by Rotary in Australia and enthusiastically supported by the United Nations.MUNA brings together together teams from local High Schools to debate resolutions similar to those debated in the actual United Nation. Teams represent a country and debate from that country's perspective.
The winners of this local event will be invited to attend the National MUNA event to be held at Old Parliament House in Canberra in August 2026.
Entry to the event is free, however there is very limited seating in the Council Chamber where the event is being held. Purchasing a ticket guarantees a seat in the Council Chamber as well as being provided with morning tea and lunch.
Bookings close at 9am on Wednesday 27 May 2026.
