We are incredibly excited to welcome Stephen Tannos to The Dance Centre.Widely regarded as one of the most innovative minds in the Australian Performing Arts industry, Stephen has built a reputation for his electrifying choreography, infectious energy and outstanding creative vision. His passion, professionalism and incredible work ethic have established him as one of the country’s most in-demand choreographers and creative directors.
Stephen has trained extensively across all styles of dance, as well as singing and acting, creating a dynamic and versatile career across stage, television and live performance.
His theatre credits include Cats, Fame, Carmen and performing the role of Graffiti Pete in In The Heights.

As a performer, Stephen has appeared alongside international artists including Ricky Martin and Natalie Bassingthwaighte. He was also a Top 20 contestant on So You Think You Can Dance Australia and featured in numerous television advertising campaigns.
Stephen’s choreography and creative direction continue to make a powerful impact both nationally and internationally, with his work featured across large-scale productions, blockbuster television shows and performances by some of the world’s biggest recording artists.
Stephen recently was featured in Dance Life series and the Dance for your Life movie. Stephen is from Sydney and teaches at Australia's leading Full Time Performing Arts Schools.
